2.  Return , Refund And Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you are eligible for Return /Refund/Exchange which are subject to the below terms:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

We will contact you and confirm the date and time for drop and pick.

All Items are eligible for return/refund/exchange except the following products:

  • Open or unbaked food or Treat,
  • Cloths
  • Bedding

REFUND POLICY

We will refund your amount through the same method as the payment option selected by the customer while purchasing.

The Card Refund Period are as follows:   

  • Knet: up to
  • Credit cards:  up to 15days,  

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variant, provided that such variant is available and for the same value.
  • Customers are allowed to exchange items within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed. 
  • Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed by us.
  • You are given the rights to exchange the item, Once. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

3.  Cancelation

  • You may cancel your order  provided the following conditions are met:
  • You contact us by email within 3 hours of placing the order.
  • You must attach clear copy of the order form and confirmation of payment
  • We will fully refund the price of the canceled order.
  • We will refund your amount through the same method as the payment option selected by the customer while purchasing.
