- Our estimated delivery is within 48 hours after receiving the payment of the products.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with delivery code from us. We will only give the purchased products at the specified address once the code is confirmed by you or an authorized person by you with the code.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery code is safe Make sure only you have the delivery code.

Zone A (Al-Asimah Governorate, Hawalli Governorate)
- Order of 30KD or more : Free delivery
- Less than 30KD : Flat rate of 2.50KD
Zone B (Farwaniya Governorate, Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate)
- Order of 30KD or more : Free delivery
- Less than 30KD : Flat rate of 3.0KD
Zone C (Ahmadi Governorate, Jahra Governorate)
- Order of 30KD or more : Free delivery
- Less than 30KD : Flat rate of 5.0KD
If we are unable to deliver the purchased products at the specified address at the estimated date in our confirmation date, we will contact you with a revised estimated date. However, for whatever reason we are unable to deliver within 5 days, we will refund you in full the undelivered purchased products
